as some of you noticed, my site went down today! i had my hosting provider make some changes to my account and i guess the changes had some effects they didnt expect. As unacceptable as the problem was, they replied to my email (when i noticed the problem) in under 10 minutes, and had it fixed in under 1.5hrs. I guess that isnt too bad especially since the problems only arose because i asked for changes.
