Tonight’s trip to Islands of Adventure really gave me the impression I went to school with a bunch or morons. Not to say I am always brilliant but Islands of Adventure is built for guests, and lots of them, not 12,000 guests, im talking well over 50,000 guests per day. So the engineers that built the place thought it would be a good idea to have more than one lane into the park, AND all the way up to the parking spots. Well apparently few of the 12,000 students that attended tonights event realized that there are two lanes, so when i drove past a few hundred of them in the second lane wondering why they were so dumb, one guy decided he wanted to stop my progress. Well, I went around him, but seriously - these kids go to college, they are supposed to be smart, how hard is it to figure out why there is a second lane. Well in case you cant figure it out: it is so you dont have to sit there and wait like you have been doing for the past few minutes. It reminds me of a bumper sticker i didn’t see; “I drive like an asshole because you drive like an idiot. ” So they can go ahead and flick me off, they are the ones stuck in traffic. /rant
