well i got annoyed with waiting and wondering so i went down to best buy and bought some gps software. I bought the one that came with hardware so if i didnt like the software i could return it, or copy it and return anyway…. but regardless, the software was awesome, so was the little device, the thing is small and meant to do what im using it for. i think im keeping it :-/
well, since this is working so well im on to ordering the $500 screen and some engine monitoring software. project mobile pc is coming along great, although expensive. ill be posting pics shortly.
but for now check out this amazing website (warning: heavily geekified site) the guy uses robots he built to monitor his house while he is out of town. controllable via a web browser. omg.
