im not renewing kfiducia.net, i think kfiducia.com is good enough, if anyone has the email address with a .net TLD extention for some reason and uses it, update your address book.
apparently when you have a dashboard widget hovering over the menubar the widget is transparent to your clicks…. even works as you move the mouse to get the adjacent menu open.
so i guess nascar is too ;-)but seriously, here are some pics of kris in london competing with the Tufts crew team, they went to the NCAAs this year and have done quite well, i don’t know what all the medals are, but it sounds pretty elite. congrats kris and crew, no, that wasn’t intentional.file://localhost/Users/kfiducia/Library/Application%20Support/ecto/attachments/IMG_3392.jpgfile://localhost/Users/kfiducia/Library/Application%20Support/ecto/attachments/IMG_3402.jpgfile://localhost/Users/kfiducia/Library/Application%20Support/ecto/attachments/IMG_3403.jpgfile://localhost/Users/kfiducia/Library/Application%20Support/ecto/attachments/IMG_3421.jpgkris, i think they are trying to take a picture here….
so here is the deal, i dont care who you are or how you found the site, or you past experience or anything like that…. needs to plug into wordpress (cake) and if i like it you get a 1GB ipod shuffle - not an april fools joke this time
- if i really like it, an ipod mini 4gb - or if you have one, ill give you the cash, if you have any questions.
unfortunately i didn’t plan on such a spectacle, but after seeing some smoke and hearing some explosions, followed by sirens, followed by the garage door not working, we took a ride to see what was going on with the power…. it was pretty cool to see, but definitely reminded the surrounding neighborhoods of what was to come in the next few months; power outages.my new 1000W UPS (for a total of 2200W of protection) kicked in and worked like a champ, not that I was home to see.
if you spend much time sending email it sometimes gets a bit annoying opening mail, opening a new mail message, and typing the first few characters of the address until the auto-complete catches up. Sometimes i tab out of the field so quickly it doesn’t auto complete..
as much as i gripe about the sad state of affairs in this country - our sacred civil liberties being stripped of us, the welfare state, the popularity of mass-opiates (read: tv), people not questioning authority, lack of education, ambition, values, responsibility, the list grows - this is the best country in the world to live in.if any of you have ever gone over seas for an extended period of time, you can appreciate this - getting back on to american soil is possibly the most liberating experience you may ever have…. thats right - like when you call dell (or other companies that out-source customer service) and you get sent out to india, or the Philippines, or any other BFE, and it takes 45 minutes of aggravation and frustration to get a simple thing accomplished.then you call a company whose customer service is located in somewhere like South Texas (American Express in this instance), and your request is quickly moved along by someone who you can understand, relate to, enjoy speaking with and can get it done in less time than you expect.
so a while back, april 16th to be exact, i saw an article on engadget talking about clear channel offering radio snippets over wireless phones. so, i added some pieces together, marketing & cell phones, and this was about the time they started doing those customizable rings on cell phones. so here is what im […]
i just logged on to my capital one credit card account and noticed a charge that i definitely didn’t authorize, further investigation read: google
turned up this…. seems like they last hit in aug/sept and now again march/june as there is a periodicity to the complaints.
Build a nice interface that allowed for quick ratings of articles, say have a few different icons so as you browse through articles and find something interesting, you can (ie) click the ‘humorous’ icon and it would get tagged as a funny article, that way you can set up to browse through ’smart categories’ as well as the normal rss feeds categories. Also, instead of ‘click to read more’ and get sent to another page, have a nice drop-down to load the rest of the story without getting sent anywhere else.{projects}anyway, i never got the project off the ground, partially because i don’t have the skills, yet, and partially because i don’t have the time.
