after going to epcot this weekend and being told NOT to bring my camera because it was too bulky, i decided i was going to get another digital camera so i can actually bring it with me. i like my digirebel, but its true, not able to bring it everywhere because it isnt pocket sized. so i went looking for a new one. meet my new cam yeah its not yet available. but really,

that is really nice. no more waiting for the damned thing to take a pic like all those other ‘Point and Shoots’ also, 16.1 mm thin and 3x optical zoom. yes, it is nice. plus DSP anti blur stuff. a bit pricey though :-/
ya know with all the money you waste on electronics…you could have probably put a down payment on a house or something…
thats cooking for fall, i just think the property values are a bit inflated right now. trying to find something that is reasonable.
well interest rates are low, its a seller’s market.
my condo appreciated from 60k to 140k in 4 years.
the bubble wont burst for another year or so, depending on how the IR is.
even tho the property values are going up way too high, if you can find a good place, go for it, because this area is just shooting up, and there isnt much room for growth in some areas.
i cant even imagine how much the gov’t is going to make on capital gains taxes this next year for florida residents. must be insane.
Interest rates were just dropped by the fed another smidge. You can get a loan prolly around 5.5% now. And yes, that is uuber low.
Thing about inflated home prices, I really don’t believe that you’ll see a market correction. Sure, you won’t see 20%+ gains everywhere. The longer you wait, that more you’ll be saying “it’s going to stop doing this…just wait.” That’s just my best guess though.
