well this one isn’t all that serious, but its a bit amusing. apparently when you have a dashboard widget hovering over the menubar the widget is transparent to your clicks. in other words when you click on a widget, the menu pops open. even works as you move the mouse to get the adjacent menu open. can’t quite decide if it is a bug or a feature, you don’t have to move the widget to access the menus, but from what i can see you are supposed to be navigating your computer with the dashboard open…
