well, apple refreshed the mac minis this past week, and with that move, a few of my friends decided to pick them up. it seems every time a friend of mine picks up a mac, i spend 4 hours at their house fixing it up for them. yeah, they are nice stock, but wow, once you add some stuff, they purr.

first things first. THE FLOWER

What the hell is that you ask? I’m pretty sure its the default(?) icon everyone gets if they don’t select another.

A short trip to the Accounts system preference will allow you to change the icon for your user account. Note, this shows up in ichat and in the address book as your icon, it will also show to you, and only you, on mail sent my you. (Go to your sent mail in Mail.app to see what I mean, note* you must have your vCard set up in Address Book for that to work properly)
